Sunday Morning Song
Train - Hey, Soul Sister from Matthew Stawski on Vimeo.
The summer might be over but put a skip in your step with some West Coast swing from Train.
Sunday Morning Song
On the floating, shapeless oceans
I did all my best to smile
til your singing eyes and fingers
drew me loving into your eyes.
And you sang "Sail to me, sail to me;
Let me enfold you."
Here I am, here I am waiting to hold you.
Did I dream you dreamed about me?
Were you here when I was full sail?
Now my foolish boat is leaning, broken love lost on your rocks.
For you sang, "Touch me not, touch me not, come back tomorrow."
Oh my heart, oh my heart shies from the sorrow.
I'm as puzzled as a newborn child.
I'm as riddled as the tide.
Should I stand amid the breakers?
Or shall I lie with death my bride?
Hear me sing: "Swim to me, swim to me, let me enfold you."
"Here I am. Here I am, waiting to hold you."

Mercy
These graphics by Hong Kong based branding company CODESIGN are simple and beautiful. The visual branding is designed to illustrate the idea that facing different emotional feelings with an attitude of mercy will empower oneself for the challenges in life. The Give and Gain symbols are part of the Buddhist belief in the cycle of giving and receiving.

Matchbox labels
Makes our hearts sing with joy! Old matchbox labels, many Easter Europeans from the 50s and 60s.

Slurp!
These beautiful bottles contain the Swedish christmas drink glögg. Alcohol can only be bought in state run shops called Systembolaget. And although this paints an image of a mid century communist black and white state - it really isn't like that. Well, maybe just a little when you fancy a bottle of red on a Saturday afternoon and everything's shut...
Home Sweet Home
We found this through http://lovelypackage.com and oh what lovely packaging it is! We love these and will be sure to buy some next week when we land in Stockholm.

Lily's Kitchen
Stumbled across Lily's kitchen cat and dog food today over at Design Muse and the packaging alone makes us want to get a pet or two. Beautiful!
